The stars are always on top of the trendiest costumes, and in 2019, that means Maleficent, Billie Eilish, Pennywise, Harley Quinn, and Game of Thrones characters. But you'll also fall in love with the many #throwback costumes the stars rocked. You might get a little nostalgic when you check out the '90s-inspired costumes.
If you follow Heidi Klum, you know she's the queen of the holiday, and this year is no exception. Demi Lovato also came correct, delighting us with not one but TWO fabulous costumes (so far). You'll fall in love with Gabrielle Union's sweet matching costume with her daughter, and Riverdale's Camila Mendes surprised us all with her hilarious Rick and Morty-inspired look.
