12. Kate Middleton, 2019
Kate enchanted in a white Alexander McQueen dress at the Queen's state banquet at Buckingham Palace in 2019. The Duchess tied her look together with the Cambridge Lover's Knot tiara and diamond and sapphire fringe earrings. The Cambridge Lovers’ Knot was originally commissioned by Queen Mary in 1913, and was then passed down to her granddaughter, Queen Elizabeth II. It was most famously worn on multiple occasions by Kate's late mother-in-law, Princess Diana. A purple sash, which signified Kate's honor as a Dame Grand Cross of the Royal Victorian Order, completed the ensemble.
