When Miranda Lambert made her CMA Awards debut in 2005, she looked like the very definition of country music fashion: frilly dress, big hair, layers of bling. And for a few years after that, as she attended more country music award shows, she stayed stuck to this fashion stereotype.
Fast forward to the 2010 CMAs. Not only did Miranda walk away with three trophies but she also hit the red carpet looking decidedly more elegant: a sleeker silhouette, a glamorous updo, and just the right amount of accessories. She's rarely, if ever, had a style misstep since then, too, whether she's attending the CMAs or the Grammys and everything in between.
