The "Gossip Girl" star and face of Madonna and Lourdes Ciccone's new clothing range stunned onlookers by wearing a thigh-skimming mini dress complete with stockings, suspenders and some pistol-themed, bullet strapped lap dancer shoes as she stepped out in the London daylight.
