Kerry Washington's bright eyes were the feature focus at the 63rd Emmys. To try her look, first line top and bottom lash lines with a dark eye pencil. Use lash glue to attach false lash strips to upper lash lines and finish with a generous coat of mascara. To add some additional drama, use a white eye pencil to line the inner rims.
