17th March, 2013: The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge visit the 1st Battalion Irish Guards at the St Patrick’s Day Parade at Mons Barracks, Aldershot. .The Duke of Cambridge attends the Parade as Colonel of the Regiment. Her Royal Highness presents the traditional sprigs of shamrocks to the Officers and Guardsmen of the Regiment, including the Mascot, Donal.During the presentation Catherine got her heel stuck in a drain on the parade ground, with those around her appearing amused!.Also, Catherine wore the same coat as she did last year when she attended the parade.
