Heather Morris Off-the-Shoulder Dress
Heather Morris is amazing. Her puzzling one-liners from Glee are only outmatched by her fashion sense. To wit: This evening's head-scratching gown. We love the off-the-shoulder elegance and train of chiffon, but everything in between (tell us that's not pleather!) is simply befuddling.
