Gwen Stefani, Freida Pinto, Kim Kardashian, Olivia Culpo, Katie Holmes (FameFlynet Pictures, Getty, PacificCoastNews.com)From a rock star to a beauty queen, this week we have a mixed assortment of styles to choose from. First, Kim Kardashian surprised us with an unusually minimal look consisting of a white sheath dress, nude heels, and nothing else. Very Victoria Beckham of her—all that was missing were Jackie O shades.

Freida Pinto reminded us of her red carpet prowess at the Dubai Film Fest in a red vintage Valentino gown. The classic design and festive color couldn't have been more perfect for the holiday season. Olivia Culpo also donned a fancy dress this week when she was crowned Miss Universe. Her long-sleeve velvet Georges Hobeika Couture number was appropriately fit for royalty.

Gwen Stefani and Katie Holmes, on the other hand, were our street style queens of the week. Gwen rocked a pair of red leather pants with a chic checkered coat draped over her shoulders. Kate paid a visit to David Letterman in a fuchsia Narciso Rodriguez dress with a cool Balenciaga military coat.
