reported that reality TV star
Whitney Port was crowd-sourcing—
asking fans to shell out their own hard-earned cash to help fund her New York Fashion Week show.
Truth be told, that campaign hasn't been going too well. Port wanted to raise $50,000 for her New York show, but, to date, has only raised $6,300.
Anyhoo, looks like Port hasn't had a problem funding or staging a fashion show, after all—in Sydney, that is. The Hills alumna debuted her Whitney Eve collection at Mercedes-Benz Sydney Fashion Festival this weekend. Check out the runway looks and a glimpse behind-the-scenes in our slideshow.
