Princess Madeleine of Sweden's Valentino Wedding Gown Required Two Train Minions

If there's one thing we know about princesses, it's that they love themselves a ginormous wedding dress.

Princess Madeleine of Sweden walked down the aisle this Saturday in Stockholm wearing a  Valentino Haute Couture gown for her nuptials to New York banker Christopher O’Neill.

The design featured a 13-foot train — which was carried by two loyal train minions, who were dressed in their finest knee socks and gold-braid-trimmed jackets — as well as a nearly-20-foot veil.

Look at that thing. She sort of looks like a centaur here, doesn't she?

“Working with Princess Madeleine has just been so easy,” designer Valentino Garavani said in a statement. “She is a very lovely girl. She is modern, fun, full of energy and enthusiasm, and she is so beautiful. It has been a pleasure and an honor.”
