Okay, so Dating Naked host Amy Paffrath doesn't actually strip down like the reality show's contestants, but she does maintain her skin while filming in Panama's tropical climate with all-natural skincare line Sibu, which she serves as a spokesperson for. We caught up with the rising star to discuss her beauty secrets and ever-evolving style.

When it comes to fashion on and off screen, how would you describe your personal style? "In recent years I've been trying to fine tune my personal style. I used to be all about color, prints and anything loud. Lately, I've been gravitating towards more classic pieces and clean lines with unexpected accents than trendy pieces. I'd say my style is funky, sassy and fun! It certainly changes from day to day and mood to mood. Sometimes I'm feeling sophisticated; sometimes I'm feeling a hip hop vibe—I like to think I'm a chameleon."

I love change, and I embrace every chance I get. The same goes with color; if I have anything too long, I get bored. I personally love my hair red, but its blonde right now and I'm having so much fun with it. It's classic California and feels young and fresh, while red is more sassy and seductive, which I really like—plus it sets me apart in Hollywood."

What is your biggest beauty blunder? "I like to experiment with new products, and I have to be careful because I have sensitive skin. I also love to try new shades of lipsticks. Sometimes colors read differently in person than they do in a picture or on camera, and I'll look at myself and shriek in horror at the color. But hey, it's all about trial and error. It's fun to play."

(Getty Images)more pics »How have your style and beauty routines evolved since leaving the Midwest? "Drastically. I wear sunscreen every day now, which I didn't do back home. I never sleep with make up on; I did that a lot in Missouri. I think it's more about age and maturity than region, although California is much more health conscious so that motivates me to eat better, drink lots of water and get good sleep every night. My style has changed in that I'm not so concerned with brands as I used to be. I'm drawn toward certain lines, but I don't have to have the hot pair of 7 for All Mankind jeans anymore. I'm driven by my own thoughts and feelings, and not so much what's on-trend."

Can you describe your skincare routine? "I'm very diligent about my skincare routine. I always take makeup off before bed and get monthly facials. I cleanse with Sibu balancing facial cleanser ($18), which is really good at removing impurities and lightly exfoliating. Then I douse my skin with the line's hydrating serum ($40), which has a nice slip to it and spreads easily. I'll then dot my eyes with the age-defying eye cream ($25) that has a refreshing, cooling sensation. [Finally,] I'll liberally apply Sibu seed oil (10ml $16, 30ml $35) all over my face and neck. This is my secret weapon; it hydrates deeply as I sleep and helps diminish age spots and wrinkles. In the morning, it's pretty much the same routine, but I add in the toner ($25) at least once a day. I have one in my gym bag, travel bag and purse for a quick refresher anytime I'm on the go—it's my favorite beauty indulgence."
