She may be one of E!'s formidable Fashion Police, but that doesn't mean Kelly Osbourne can't appreciate a good deal on footwear. Although obscured by her velvet Badgley Mischka gown, Kelly's Cinderella-esque heels were the perfect glittery addition to her dramatic Oscars style. And although we're still not sold on that lavender 'do of hers, we definitely have room in our closet for a pair of spiked satin pumps, especially when they only cost $120.
