has an amazing body: mile-long legs, six-pack abs and just the right about of muscle to be toned, but still sexy. They didn't call her the legs of the WWE for nothing!
When we sat down and chatted with her, we asked her exactly how she maintains her crazy figure. Stacy works out a lot, but varies her routine with a mix of pilates, weight training and hiking. She doesn't like to be bored, so her trainer ensures she's always changing her routine up.
But what can a normal gal who doesn't have hours a day to workout or access to a trainer? Don't worry, Stacy has a tip for you! She says:
- "Do some sort of a cleanse. It doesn't mean that you have to do a juice cleanse and not eat. I get this raw food stylist to deliver raw vegan meals to my house. I start off with two days of that, then juice just in the mornings."
- "Eliminating one meal and having a juice or a protein shake really can help you see some results."
