Austin's South by Southwest Festival draws thousands of musicians, industry veterans, and music-lovers each year. Obviously, the street style is intense.

London "dark pop" artist Charli XCX followed Fiona Apple at the official Pitchfork showcase, turning up the '90s sex appeal in a crop top, Spandex shorts and boots that could've been snagged from a Spice Girl's closet. Not everyone knew what to make of the swift transition from Fiona to fox, but Charli made it work with many a spirited headtoss.
