In case you've been wondering how fashion and beauty editors stay so slim, here's an insider tip—everyone I know in media right now goes spinning at least two or three times each week and is pretty much either a die-hard Flywheel fan or a SoulCycle fan. Yes. Biking to nowhere makes you skinny. And, apparently, Flywheel and SoulCycle are so addictive that reserving bikes is a really cutthroat process—I know women who'll gladly commute hours in from out of state at 6 a.m. to hit up their favorite Flywheel class with their favorite instructor.
Anyway, just in case you're not near a Flywheel, but still want to get the Flywheel look, you'll be glad to hear that pretty soon, Flywheel will be launching an e-commerce site, stocking brands including Havaianas, Hanky Panky, Rebel Yell, Lauren Moshi, Solow, and Chaser. Plus, the in-studio shopping experiences are getting a design overhaul help boost sales.
"We're featuring hundreds and hundreds of these great items for a limited time and then they're gone," Director of Retail Natalie Cohen told WWD. "Every Monday, when I get back to my desk, I can't wait to see how quickly I can get reorders in."
