Sexed-up shoe designer Giuseppe Zanotti isn't usually one to do girlish charm. But, the designer showed his softer side via actress Naya Rivera, who stepped out in his ladylike Polka-Dot slingbacks at Glee's Spring Fling in New York on Thursday. With a hidden platform and 5-inch heel, Naya's adjustable satin peep-toes showed off her summer pedicure and added a dash of whimsy to her black-and-white look.
