Wearing a ruffled Reiss dress, Kate upped the ante on her look with a Philip Treacy headpiece and Rubert Sanderson's scarlet Nym pumps. The patent leather heels may be simple, but they add a sharp touch to Kate's ladylike look and were just right for Canada Day. Who says you can't be both fabulous and politically correct?!
