Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice set off a firestorm of comments as they arrived at the royal wedding. The gals clearly tried to be daring, but their plan may have backfired as Facebook hate groups popped up almost instantaneously.

Eugenie went for bold and bright with a printed jacket over a full blue skirt. She topped off her look with a Peter Pan-esque hat made even more extreme with a large rose and long feather. The entire concoction looked to be over two-feet tall. Beatrice on the other stayed simple with her color choice, a tame tan, but wasn't about to let her sister outshine her. She wore a curious bow-and-hoop Philip Treacy-designed headpiece that raised more than one eyebrow.
