Nicole Richie Is at War with Kitson

The fight is starting to get catty! First, there was news of celebrity fashion retailer Kitson being sued by Nicole Richie for an unpaid $230,000 order of her Winter Kate line. Next, Kitson shot back saying they were merely waiting for a return authorization because the delivered items were sub par. They even took a jab at Nicole, saying they helped launch her career back when she was on The Simple Life.

The latest: Majestic Mills, Nicole's manufacturer, has issued a frosty reply:

Neither Nicole Richie nor Winter Kate is suing Kitson. This is purely a legal issue between Majestic Mills, a manufacturing company, and Kitson, a vendor. Kitson's efforts to link Nicole to this are purely attempts for them to generate press, which is unfortunate and ridiculous.

Wonder what Kitson is going to say to that! It's true, Nicole may be designing all the clothes, but she has is hands off when it comes to manufacturing and dealing with product deliveries.
