Marc Jacobs Continues to Push the Envelope

His knack for pushing the envelope has earned him a faithful following of celebrities and downtown trend-setters alike. Originating with the grunge scene, his designs have since evolved to encompass aesthetics that are classic (undoubtedly due to his experience designing for Louis Vuitton), glam and even occasionally demure, though always embrace some element of edge. We're celebrating his avant-garde career (thus far) with a look back on some of his innovative creations for his namesake label:
