What to Wear: Baby Ceremonies (Royal and Otherwise)

Prince George's royal christening really got us thinking yesterday. Firstly, do they make those lacy unisex-but-very-ladylike tiered baby dresses in our size? And secondly; what does one wear to such an event?

Despite the fact that our invite to said gathering got mysteriously lost in the mail, we do have little ones in our lives, and, as such, should be prepared to dress for their big days. So we've curated a selection of accessories and demure but flattering frocks that feel spiritually aligned to Kate Middleton's ivory Alexander McQueen number (pictured above). These picks are guaranteed to do the trick, whether the invite reads christening, baby naming, or briss. (Because they're all pretty much the same—sartorially speaking, that is.)
