Demi Lovato made an appearance on the Today show wearing a pair of Samantha Wills Monet's Garden earrings. The long silver danglers featured a big bold shape that was balanced by Demi's lengthy luxe locks. Demi performed the song Give Your Heart a Break while on the show and promoted a new documentary that discusses her eating disorder and emotional issues. HuffingtonPost.com reported the decision to speak out about her personal struggles was a way of offering help to other teens facing similar challenges.
