No, no wait: That whole "trout pout" nickname may have finally gotten to actress Lisa Rinna who, this past August, had that poufy pout surgically deflated. Just released before and after pictures really say it all.The above photo (left) shows Lisa Rinna in May 2010, looking her usual self with a glossy, plump smile. Lisa never looked bad, mind you; she just looked as though, well, you know—like she'd had some work done. But just four months later (top right), Lisa shows a decidedly more natural pucker.
