Mara Hoffman's Spring 2013 New York Fashion Week show was all about the aloha—sweet highlighter hues, trendy tropical prints, and leafy headpieces. There were even ukuleles!

After a few minutes of being serenade by the ukuleles, happy Hawaiian-inspired prints and knits floated down the runway. It was like we left the mayhem of the tents and went on vacation for a solid 15 minutes, for real.

Here are our five favorite looks from Mara Hoffman's spring 2013 collection:

Cropped bralettes are still very big for spring. We love how Hoffman mixed a bustier shape with bright highlighter hues. It makes us yearn for dance parties on the beach.

A couple of pieces on the runway were color-blocked red and hot pink. This dress with small cutout slits is sleek and simple, yet still makes a statement.

Hoffman is known for her beachwear, and this wildly-printed one-piece makes us swoon for the sea (or at the very least, a swanky pool).

We're loving the intricate needlework here. The beachy colors, free-flowing fit, and sheer touches could make any crowded sidewalk feel like a vacation.

This top's print popped up on a couple of pieces, and its stylish seafoam color is perfect for a seaside nighttime stroll. Plus, those printed shorts would add major pizazz to anyone's wardrobe.
