(Photos courtesy and Leona Lewis/Instagram)Ever seen a woman with really cool nails and wondered, "How she do that?" Well, in all honesty...she probably went to a pro. But if a trip to the manicurist isn't on your agenda, don't fret. You can get salon-worthy nails at home. All you need are the right tools and some patience.
A simple DIY nail look (that looks way more complicated than it actually is) is the black-and-white tuxedo nail as seen on Leona Lewis. Manicurist Kimmie Kyees posted a pic on her Instagram of Lewis showing off her striped digits.

To get this look Kyees used Red Carpet Manicure, the first at-home LED gel manicure system. First, she applied Red Carpet Manicure's LED Gel Polish in "White Hot." Next, she cured the gel so it was completely dry and ready to work on. Then she took a striper brush and divided the nail into three sections to create the rounded, color-blocked sections where the black would go. She then filled in the sections with Red Carpet Manicure's LED Gel Polish in "Black Stretch Limo." She cured again, and poof. Pretty nails that look really, really fancy, but took no time!
