Ever since receiving the best email ever the announcement of Catching Fire's new Capitol Couture portrait series, which kicked off with this fierce photo of Effie Trinket (Elizabeth Banks), we've been counting down the minutes — no seconds! — until the unveiling of Katniss Everdeen's official poster.
Well, ladies and gents and fellow Hunger Games obsessives, here it is! Behold Jennifer Lawrence forever immortalized as the Girl on Fire, in oil painting form:
You've got to wonder — is this it?! Is this the "Mockingjay" wedding dress described in the second book? Cinna's (Lenny Kravitz) creation that's supposed to be the color of coal, made with tiny feathers, and appear to have wings when Katniss lifts her arms? The one that goes up in smoke after she spins around on stage? THE dress that leads to the [spoiler alert!], uh, you know?
Looks like it! We'll just have to wait and see for confirmation.
