Stephanie Seymour's Son Explains Close Relationship with Mom Via Facebook

Stephanie Seymour pictures with son, on the beach.Last week, a series of photos of supermodel Stephanie Seymour enjoying the beaches of St. Barts with her son Peter Brant II caused a minor commotion after they were posted on Gawker under the headline, "How Close Is Too Close Between Mother and Son?"
Now Seymour's son, a self-described "socialite and model," has taken to Facebook to address the pictures. "I would just like to say [the pictures have] been taken completely out of context and I don't appreciate speculation on my personal relationship with my mother and any other uninhibited opinions." Brant went on to point out that he's gay, so obviously he and his mom weren't doing anything inappropriate.
Brant later posted, "I appreciate everyone's support on the media issue and I hope that soon all the online pandemonium will die down and we can focus on more important things...Like Paris fashion week..."
In other news, Brant has a lot more Facebook followers this week.
