Models Team Up on Cookbook, Carbs Curiously Absent

This year, it seems models are really on a mission to prove that they eat. Karlie Kloss launched a line of cookies for Momofuku (which are gluten, dairy, and sugar-free, of course), Jourdan Dunn debuted her cooking show, "Well Done With Jourdan Dunn," and now, male model Cesar Casier is looking for a New York publisher to take on his new model cookbook, Model Kitchen.
Featuring recipes from Kloss, Milla Jovovich, Lindsey Wixson, and Lily Donaldson, Model Kitchen reveals that models are terrified of carbs—Donaldson demonstrates how to make a kale salad, Jovovich whips up baked salmon and asparagus, and Kloss shares her mango salsa recipe.
While the foods in the book seem pretty...austere, it's always less annoying when models actually admit their go-to food is kale, rather than pretend they regularly down double bacon cheeseburgers and still maintain a six pack.
Tell us, would you buy the book? That mango salsa does sound pretty good. Let us know in the comments!
