If you were thinking about starting a line of
Cara Delevingne canes, we're sorry to say, you're SOL on that one.
According to a
report in the
Telegraph, the model of the moment (and our favorite
Harlem Shaker!) recently registered her name as an official trademark with the Intellectual Property office. In non-legal mumbo jumbo, this means Delevingne now solely owns the rights to use her moniker as a marketing tool.
Product categories falling under her trademark protection reportedly include perfumes, handbags, nail files, umbrellas, keys rings, and walking sticks. (Yes, walking sticks. We know!) No word yet on onesies, but we suspect if the model ever does launch a clothing line, they'll most certainly be there. Especially if her fashion designer BFF
Rihanna has anything to do with it.
