Model Cara Delevingne was photographed attending One Direction stud and ex-boyfriend Harry Styles' 19th birthday party on February 1st at the Groucho Club in London.

Delevingne wore a blue satin peplum bustier from Burberry's 2013 spring/summer collection and paired it with a gold and black striped jacket and leather pants.

The 20-year-old Brit was rumored to have dated Styles back in August 2012. In response to the rumors, she previously tweeted, "Please just stop guessing, you don't need to know."

Looks like old habits die hard for Delevingne and Styles.
