Justin Bieber Finally Puts a Shirt on for 'Teen Vogue'

The good Samaritans over at Teen Vogue apparently got wind of Olivia Wilde's pleas — and let's be honest, the rest of the entire World Wide Web's — and finally, somehow, convinced Justin Bieber to put on a shirt.

Plastered alongside the headline, "JUSTIN'S CRAZY YEAR" — fan-girl bait as WWD basically puts it — on the first of two covers, Biebs rocks a plain white tank, hair of Jimmy Neutron gravity-defying proportions, and puppy dog eyes.

On the second? Same face, plaid shirt.

No word yet on his pants situation — there seems to be just barely a flash of denim on the second cover, but we're willing to bet big money(pants) that, whatever the bottoms be, they're probably of the drop-crotch variety. The real question is how drop-crotchy?
