Jessica Biel's Striking V-Neck Gown

(Source: Neilson Barnard/Getty Images North America)How low can you go? Many a woman has asked her stylist that very question when selecting a V-neck gown. The answer is, very low indeed. At the 2014 Tiffany & Co. Blue Book Celebration at the Guggenheim Museum in New York, Jessica Biel wore a stunning black halter dress by Oscar de la Renta that featured a deep, plunging V-neck. The neckline in question created a perfect canvas for her breathtaking Tiffany & Co. diamond lariat, which elongated Biel's neck and drew our eyes to all the right places.

We love the elegant gown's long, vertical halter shape, belted detailing at the waist, and its sultry slit that not only exposed her leg, but complemented the gown's neckline. Biel's Christian Louboutin pointy-toed pumps, red lips and manicure, and simple diamond stud earrings were the ideal, lo-pro companions to her gown and statement diamond necklace. Maybe diamonds really are a girl's best friend.
