Look of the Day: Zooey Deschanel's Retro Sequins
Zooey Deschanel (Getty)It's a rare day when Zooey Deschanel wears a dress without tights, but for the ESPY Awards, she threw caution to the wind and bared her porcelain calves on the sunny red carpet. This may not sound momentous, but if you follow Hollywood's most adorkable actress, it is.
The rest of the look, however, was perfectly in keeping with Zooey's signature style. While her sequined Oscar de la Renta dress and wide headband were so very Mad Men, her red belt added a quirky dose of color à la New Girl's Jess. Brilliant!
