The Resident Evil: Afterlife star was at her best at the Japan premiere of her latest flick, showing off a fabulous pair of stems in a flattering little lurex mini in an eye-catching gold.
She matched the flavor of the saucy little frock with sparkling Rene Caovilla peep-toe sandals, oversized gold earrings and a shimmering gold tube clutch for a modern "disco diva" look.
Milla wasn't the only actress sparkling up a storm at the Japan premiere: Ali Larter also looked lovely in a short Marchesa dress.
