Especially when they're wearing Georges Hobeika Couture velvet creations like the crowned Olivia Culpo.
The structured dress hugged her petite frame and fell behind her into a train of gathers. Timelessly beautiful and totally show-stopping, just how we like it. She wore her hair in her favorite loose chignon that showcased a pair of silver shoulder-dusters. Her nails were also dressed up in a cool textured metallic polish. Total perfection, are we right?
