The blonde's long-sleeve floor-length number revealed plenty of skin with slashed cutouts and a hip-high slit. We love how the wrapped waist matched the ankles of her dynamite heels. To complete the darkly sexy look, Karolina painted her nails a coordinating black and adorned her baby blues with a dramatic smoky eye. Slicked-back hair showed off her diamond earrings and a subtle pink pout. Can this gal ever get it wrong?
