Inside Marimekko's Helsinki Headquarters

Earlier this summer, I had a rare opportunity to visit the world headquarters of Marimekko, the iconic Finnish textiles, fashion, and homewares company, outside of Helsinki.

While Marimekko may not be a household name here in the United States (yet), I'm sure if I showed you some of the label's iconic prints—like its "Unikko" giant poppies (more on those later)—you'd totally recognize them.
