Michael Kors and Brian Atwood Are Getting Married (Not to Each Other)

Brian AtwoodThe beloved Michael Kors and his long-time boyfriend, Lance LaPere, made a visit to City Hall in NYC on Thursday to get their marriage license! The pair have known each other since 1990 and are planning to have a private, low-key wedding ceremony (famous last words!).
"Lance and I are very excited to finally be able to have the opportunity to marry in our home state after many years together," Kors says of the happy union.
Meanwhile, another designer romance was brewing for Brian Atwood and his boyfriend, Dr. Jake Deutsch. For the shoe designer's birthday on Thursday, Deutsch proposed and Atwood quickly announced the engagement with a Twitter post and photo of the two lovebirds wearing matching bands. Talk about a happy birthday!
