Turn any old T-shirt into a bold fashion statement with this easy DIY inspired by '90s summer camp nostalgia.
4. Continue cutting the fringes
Continue to cut even vertical strips along the botton of your shirt.
Hint: It is helpful to have something on top of the shirt to hold it steady. It's okay if the fringes aren't perfect since they will eventually be beaded. As you go along it's also helpful to hold the fringes in between your fingers while cutting (reference the picture for an example).
