Love it or Loathe it: Kim Kardashian's Swingy Fringe Top

Reality star Kim Kardashian was snapped out and about in Miami with her BFF Jonathan Cheban yesterday—and while Cheban was totally normally, appropriately Miami-lunchtime-dressed in a polo-style shirt, black jeans, and sneakers, Kim K was (of course) styled to the nines.

And, as if the top wasn't statement enough, she paired it with a fit-and-flare leather pleated mini-skirt and dramatic stiletto lace-up sandals:
