Katy Perry (PaciicCoastNews)Katy Perry is back in Europe this week, where she is tirelessly promoting her new album (and presumably taking quick breaks to plan her upcoming wedding to Russell Brand). The California native was all smiles as she interacted with fans at the Eiffel Tower on Tuesday, signing autographs and showing off some very colorful new highlights.
Katy deserves some credit for finding new ways to update her very retro jet-black hairstyle: She mixes up the look with extensions, bangs, adorable lace animal ears and yes, the rainbow. The look is a bit more sophisticated than, say, the Smurf-esque blue wig she wore to this year's MTV Movie Awards.
Katy's purple and blue locks are probably just add-in extension. Still, do you like the look?
