Demi Lovato Unveils Daring Red 'Do on Twitter

Demi does red (via Twitter)Pop starlet Demi Lovato had an eventful weekend! On Saturday, she spent several hours at an L.A. salon updating her 'do, making the switch from long, warm brown locks to a bright red hue.
Lovato tweeted updates to her so-called Lovatics, sharing a picture of the new look on Sunday. In the photo, Demi sports retro winged eyeliner and hot pink lipstick with her lightened locks. From the replies on Twitter, it seems the fans approve:

We think Demi's new hue is gorgeous, even if her waist-length hair extensions are a little too Little Mermaid for our tastes.
