Jessica Simpson's Fitness Tip

Jessica works with a ball to sculpt her legs, back or stomach and also to work on overall balance and athleticism.
If you're thinking about giving stability balls a try, here are a few tips to help you get started:
- Select a ball that's the right size for you, based on your height. If you're under 5'1", go for a 'small' 45 centimeter ball. If you're over 5'7", then opt for one of the 'large' 65 centimeter balls. Otherwise stick with 'medium', in the 55 centimeter range.
- Don't over-inflate the ball - at least when you're getting started. The ball should have a little give so that you can sit on it comfortably. As you get stronger, add more air in order to make the workout more difficult.
