Gwen Stefani is the epitome of sartorial perfection. She always looks innately perfect, like she doesn't ever have to try too hard or think about it too much, simply because being stylish just comes so naturallu to her. (Can you tell we're a teeny bit jealous?)
Another thing she never gets wrong? Her hair. Who else can pull off such graphic, abstract styles with complete and utter ease?
The look she's been rocking lately seems to have several different components working in tandem to create the spiky, segmented style. Here, we break it down for you:
1) Three-fourths of her hair is parted in half and sectioned off into two buns that are stacked on top of one another and secured with black elastics. The ends of her buns are left loose and straight, sticking out beneath the base.
2) A quarter of her hair is left long and loose in the front, almost like chin-length side bangs. Obviously they're flat ironed within an inch of their life.
See? Doesn't it seem much easier than it looks? Think you'll try it?
