Hair Must-Try: Taylor Swift's Twisted Tresses

(Source: Getty Images)Whether she's sporting flowing curls or delicate updos, Taylor Swift knows how to give us some major hair envy. This particular look from the country crooner showed of her blonde locks with face-framing blunt bangs in front and a whimsical twisted knot in the back. Recreate the look at home, below:

Step 1) Brush damp hair out to ensure it's tangle-free. If you've got lots of natural texture, blow-drying damp hair with a large round brush will help smooth out waves and curls, making it easier to style.

Step 2) If you have bangs, section them out. Draw hair back and divide into two equal sections, one behind each ear.

Step 3) Start with one side of hair and loosely twist it away from the face. As you twist hair, secure it to the back of the head with u-shaped hair pins, inserting them at intervals to anchor the 'do. As you proceed to twist the section, begin to twist the longer lengths more tightly, winding them around on the back of the head. Once you've twisted and pinned the first section, repeat on the other side until the entire back of the head is covered with your twisted tresses.

Step 4) Once both sides are completed, mist with hairspray and style your bangs or face framing strands with a flat iron or curling iron.
