Look We're Loving: Super Slick Strands
(Jason Merritt/Getty Images North America)As much as we love a good bouncy blowout, sometimes you just can't beat a smooth and sleek style. Lately, we've been spotting a number of stars with slicked back, straight strands. The high-gloss style gives any look a polished and refined touch almost instantly. And as is turns out, this look is much easier to accomplish than a big fancy blowout. Plus, it works for any hair length.
1) Flat iron hair, so it's super straight—like Lea Michele's—and ready to hold product.

Using a comb, brush the dry oil into hair, starting at the forehead and moving back toward the crown. This tames flyaways and gets hair smooth and sleek just like Miley Cyrus'.

Only spray the front of the hair for extra hold and to keep it from falling forward. And voila, just like that you've got super sleek strands to give even Kate Upton a run for her money!
