Bet You've Never Thought to Wash Your Hair With THIS

We've heard of a few interesting hair rinses over the years; apple cider vinegar, baking soda, green tea, chamomile tea, and even beer tend to be the most popular. But while most of us turn to the refrigerator or kitchen cabinet to source ingredients that'll help make our strands shiny and strong, apparently Czech supermodel Eva Herzigová takes a detour to the bar cart to pour herself a shot of vodka.

It's not what you think—it isn't for her to drink. "My only daily vodka is that I use it to lighten my blonde hair... and it really works," said Eva recently to Marie Claire France.

We were intrigued enough to do a quick Google search, and discovered that regular vodka hair rinses does more than keep flaxen strands fair; it's actually great for softening hair, fighting frizz, removing excess product buildup, clearing up dandruff, and may even stimulate hair growth.

In short, if you want better hair, remember these two simple words: Bottoms up.
