Will Celebs Wear Ombre Hair for Fall?

Alexa Chung and Rachel BilsonThis summer, Rachel Bilson, Alexa Chung and a slew of other celeb style setters were galavanting around town with ombre-dyed hair. The look featured darker roots that gradually lightened into almost blond tips. Clearly a nod to California's laid-back surfer style, this look was deal for sunny summer days.
With fall impatiently awaiting its turn, the question is whether the two-tone trend will stay or be replaced by something better. A few predictions:
- Ombre is here to stay for one more season, but the gradients will become more dramatic—think black down to white. It matches Burberry's tough-girl look.
- Hair will revert back to natural hair colors to suit the more refined 50s-inspired looks by Louis Vuitton and Prada.
- Hair will be stripped of color and grey will be the dye of choice a la Tavi and Kristen McMenamy. It's a neutral so it matches every single collection!
