Loved The September Issue and The Devil Wears Prada? If you can't get enough behind-the-scenes looks at American Vogue magazine, then you'll want to set your DVRs for HBO on December 6th, when the documentary In Vogue: The Editor's Eye is set to premiere.
In Vogue takes a good look at the iconic, 120-year-old magazine's most influential images and fashion editors.
"The people who are responsible for the fashion images are the fashion editors," Vogue Editor-in-Chief Anna Wintour says. "They have always been our secret weapon, so it seemed to me that we could celebrate Vogue, and also, at the same time, celebrate these great editors."
To that end, In Vogue features exclusive and extensive interviews with Wintour, Grace Coddington, Tonne Goodman, Polly Mellen, Camilla Nickerson, Phyllis Posnick, and Babs Simpson. The documentary also features Q&As with Nicole Kidman, Sarah Jessica Parker, Hamish Bowles, and designers including Lanvin's Alber Elbaz, Balenciaga's Nicolas Ghesquiere, Marc Jacobs, and Vera Wang.
