Back in 2011, Marc Jacobs hinted at an upcoming film role, telling a Style.com reporter, "I get to play a character that's not myself at all."
That film, Disconnect — which centers around the toll technology takes on human interactions — is finally hitting theaters this April, and Jacobs wasn't kidding about his role being a major departure.
The designer plays a "porn baron" for teen web chat prostitutes (a/s/l?), and, according to the trailer, he has at least two lines — "Give me the phone, Kyle," (dramatically) and "Trust me, no one else." Ominous!
